In 2012, she began working with an interior decorator and decided she would learn how to make patterned drapes for an entire wall in her master bedroom. Next, she took a class at a local workroom on how to make a bench cushion. During this class, there was mention of selling one of their industrial machines. Without thinking, she offered to buy it.

In November of 2013, she had her first project. Over the last ten years, Christine has taken courses, attended conferences, invested in equipment, and created a network of other professionals she can reach out to for fabrication advice. In 2022, she was honored to be a Tory Burch Foundation Fellow. She now has a team of 8 dedicated to the craft of fabricating custom soft furnishings.

Christine believes that all her previous work experience has put her in the position to be perfectly suited for this industry. She can manage large-scale projects with attention to detail using systems and best practices. She is also deeply creative and thrives on the uniqueness of each project. She works with her designers to help solve problems and make rooms come to life by creating gorgeous soft goods where there is attention to pattern placement, draping, and precise measurement.
